In this video, Techfluff.tv talks to Melbourne-based startup 99designs for The Next Web’s Melbourne Silicon Beach series on local technology startups. 99designs is an online marketplace for crowdsourced graphic design.
It was founded by Mark Harbottle, co-founder and chairman of sitepoint.com, along with internet veterans Lachlan Donald, and Paul Annesley.

uh, except when the “designer” (read: kid with pirated version of illustrator/photoshop), is posting ripoffs and using assets to which they do not own the rights to use.
Speculative work is pretty dodgy IMO.
