Melbourne’s James Goldie sent this video to Australian startup consultancy Pollenizer to apply for a job as a project/product manager. It just might be the best job application ever.

It will be interesting to see how automated applicant tracking systems manage those sort of applications when they become a standard.
If this guy doesn’t get a job within a year I will try and create one at Delimiter.
