  1. However, when it comes to the likes of Australia’s major telcos, it’s a little harder to understand why these companies have been unable to comply with the Data Retention law.

    Not really, they have lots more systems with lots more databases to try and implement this demand across.

    This is in reality a 2 year project for a company the size of Telstra.

    • Ps as an example, Telstra even have separate systems for managing pre-paid and post-paid mobiles.
