Why did Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet choose to outsource its communications?
I think it’s pretty important today in the an environment of decreasing budgets and an expectation of doing more with less, that we find the best solution. Also, value for money, in terms of rather than trying to insource a set of skills which are very dynamic, and changing, outsourcing this set of skills and this set of experience was the best fit for the department.
