Pollenizer receives best job application ever
Melbourne’s James Goldie sent this video to Australian startup consultancy Pollenizer to apply for a job as a project/product manager. It just might be the best job application ever.
If someone sends something like this to Delimiter, you will experience insta-invite-to-coffee :)
If Pollenizer doesn’t, someone please hire this guy now!!

sponsored post ING Direct recently implemented a private cloud solution to virtualise its entire banking platform, allowing it to provision a new copy of itself -- a so-called 'bank in a box' -- within minutes.
Quality… he’s sold me.
I thought mine was better:
I rock and I rule, if you dont give me the job I will cry. Big girly man tears.
I wonder why I am still a lowly public servent.
You need to offer chocolate as well. ;)
It will be interesting to see how automated applicant tracking systems manage those sort of applications when they become a standard.
If this guy doesn’t get a job within a year I will try and create one at Delimiter.
We are meeting with James this Friday ;) I don’t know yet if we will hire him but I’m sure we will have a nice chat :)
*makes plans for poaching within first six months at Pollenizer*
that was all kinds of awesome
